The council issues Charlie with an ultimatum — either he moves his car from the Scheppers footpath or they will tow it away. Charlie’s problem is that the car doesn’t work and he can’t afford to fix it. Salvation comes from an unlikely source when Drazic offers to fix the car free of charge.
